Enjoy Working Out With A Group?
Come join us every Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 5:30 to 6:30 and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30!
During our classes, we work on cardio and conditioning. There will be some lifting during these classes. You are sure to get hot and sweaty! Don't worry about keeping up with everybody we encourage you working at your own pace to build up your stamina over time. Group classes are included in the gym membership.
